The Hellenic Product Pipeline Company with the trade name Vardax SA (former ELEP S.A.) was founded in August 2002. The company’s headquarters are located at the 7th Km of the National Road Thessaloniki – Veroia and its share capital is 16.99 million EUR with the participation of two shareholders:

ELPET Balkaniki SA 80%
Republic of North Macedonia 20%

The company’s scope of business is the operation of the product pipeline that links Thessaloniki with Skopje.
